      Monday Counselling
Victorious Pentecostal Assembly (VPA) is a deliverance church, with a unique kingdom approach to ministry. The Monday counselling is an opportunity for anybody passing through afflictions to receive Godly counsel from Pastor Alex Omokudu, by the leading of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Alex meets the children of God for one-to-one counselling every Monday
Pastor Alex hears from God and to confirm the genuineness and accuracy of his ability to hear directly from God, signs and wonders always follow.
During his one-to-one counselling, he always tells each person what God is saying regarding their situation, pray with each person and encourages them to go through the deliverance programme. The counselling is carried out in an open place (Church Hall); at the same time it is private as people around can’t hear the conversation. There are no charges applicable for counselling.
What time should I come for the 1 to 1 counselling?
The Monday Pastoral Counselling is not by appointment. It is done on a first come, first served basis. Doors are open as early as possible, at about 5am as some people want to be among the first ones to meet the Man of God! The register is open when people start to come in about 7:30am; it is closed at 12:00 noon. As people come in, they register their names and are given their numbers in a chronological order.
      Pre-counselling session
Before the Man of God starts seeing people on a one-to-one basis, he wants them to be prepared before meeting him. Information given during the pre-counselling covers the counselling and the deliverance procedures, and details of the materials recommended for effective deliverance. Pre-counselling session starts as early as 8am for the first group of people. A second pre-counselling section is conducted around 9:00am for those who missed the 1st session. Those who arrive after 12:00 noon may be advised to return on the following Monday, depending on the number of people already in attendance.
      Deliverance Programme
What do you actually mean by Deliverance?
The deliverance programme is all about prayers that involve fasting. The deliverance prayer itself is a confessional prayer for total deliverance, done in a corporate manner on a daily basis. The programme was put together by the Man of God through the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. It is a very effective and fervent prayer targeted at breaking of afflictions, curses, spiritual chains, covenants, bondages, etc. (Matthew 11:12 ‘And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force’. Deliverance in VPA is done under the coverage of the anointing upon the Man of God – Pastor Alex Omokudu.
Deliverance Programme in VPA is highly recommended and people come from all over the world to participate. This is one of the reasons why VPA is the fastest growing church at this time.
What time is the deliverance service?
Deliverance service is from Monday to Friday, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. It is during the deliverance service that the confessional prayers for total deliverance are done.
Do I need to fast during deliverance? What if I am (1) on medication; (2) pregnant; (3) breastfeeding?
Yes. Fasting is from 12 midnight to 6:00pm. Prayers and fasting are keys to activating your deliverance! They enable you to keep spiritually activated and sensitive. “Jn 4:24 God is Spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth.”

      • – If you are on medication, you can take limited fasting regime based on your condition. Please consult your doctor for personal advises.
      • – If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, you can undergo a limited fasting regime according to your strength.
      • – If you are under the age of 18years, you are not able to undertake the deliverance programme. Deliverance programme is only for people aged 18 and over.
What kind of food am I required to eat when I break my fast?
What you eat when you break your fast is also part of the deliverance programme. In the case of Daniel (Daniel 10:3) he wasn’t eating any pleasant or palatable food. It is recommended to break the fast at 6:00pm with food prepared with no oil and hot pepper. In addition to your major meal, it is also allowed to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, victuals (i.e. normal bread, biscuits, etc) and anything else not containing oil or pepper.
What do I drink when I break my fast?
From 6:00pm when you break your fast, it is recommended that you drink the deliverance drink – the 3 in 1. Information on how to obtain the 3 in 1 is given during the pre-counselling session. For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. 1Jn.5:7-8
How long will the deliverance programme take and how do I know it is completed?
Deliverance programme lasts for varied times, for different people. This is dependent on individual spiritual circumstances and how committed you are. On average, it could last between 5 to 6 weeks, or more.
      When will I be cleared?
People on deliverance programme are usually cleared on Tuesday mornings after the “Enough is Enough”. Enough is Enough is a fervent prayer session which takes place from 6:00am to 7:00am at VPA London. The time might differ from area. After clearance, your fasting regime is also completed.
How do I keep my deliverance?
Once cleared, the next stage of the deliverance programme is “How to Keep Your Deliverance’’. Sessions on How to Keep Your Deliverance run on Tuesday and Thursday, following clearance. During these classes you are given information on how to prepared your “Agreement Prayer Stage”
      Can I lose My Deliverance?
Luke 11:24: ‘When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came’. When you have been through the deliverance programme, and you return back to sin, you will lose it. The book by Pastor Alex – entitled ‘How to Keep Your Deliverance’ provides you insightful information on how to maintain your deliverance.
Does VPA provide accommodation and transport fares for those who attend the counselling sessions and the deliverance programme?
Currently, VPA does not have accommodation facilities. It’s in our plans for the future. We recommend Bread & Breakfast Hotel in the area. Also, we do not have a budget to cover your travel costs. Attending the deliverance programme and counselling sessions is a personal commitment, therefore all related costs are at your own discretion.
